all my whole life, i have referred/recomended no books
other than oracle documentation ( specifically for administration). Ofcourse, docs (sometimes) are not
meant for starters...but definately it is the place people need to look into.
for pl/sql
1. pl/sql by scott urman is good.
2. so is oreilly books by steven
3. and oracle 101 by big brother TOM.
4. the book titled ( not meant for begineers)
Building Intelligent Databases With Oracle Pl/Sql,
Triggers, and Stored Procedures (Oracle Series)
Kevin T. Owens
